These terms cover how you book and use the spaces at Offices Today, Suite 3, 48–50 Sugar Road, Maroochydore.

1. About Offices Today
Offices Today provides private offices, shared desks, a boardroom (The Pavilion) and related add-ons at a self-sufficient, unstaffed site. By enquiring, booking or accessing the premises you agree to these terms.
2. Bookings & payment
Day passes, dedicated desks, boardroom hours and add-ons are booked and paid online via Stripe. Private-office leases are arranged by enquiry — we set up the recurring payment after we've confirmed the fit. All prices are shown plus GST and there is no bond. Recurring products bill automatically until cancelled.
3. Cancellations & changes
Cancellation and refund terms for one-off bookings and recurring subscriptions will be set out here in the final copy. Recurring desk leases can be cancelled through us; access ends when the current paid period ends.
4. Access & conduct
Access is via 24/7 smart locks and the building app. Keep the space tidy, respect other tenants, and don't share your access. Misuse or damage may end your booking.
5. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Offices Today is not liable for loss or damage to personal property on the premises. Nothing in these terms excludes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law.
6. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The current version always lives at this page, with the date shown above.
